The restaurant's breakfast choices are uninspiring and may not satisfy expectations, with a limited selection and stale items. Lack of sunbeds and umbrellas posed a nuisance, with guests resorting to reserving their spots early. this shouldn’t happen in a four-star establishment. Housekeeping also fell short, with insufficient toiletries and a slow response to requests for extra tea bags.

Had an amazing stay at Amethyst! The beachfront location was stunning, and the room service was prompt. Special shoutout to Paul for making our anniversary dinner unforgettable with a beach setup! Only hiccup was some miscommunication about room rates, but overall, a great experience.

The river view room was flipping amazing, so tranquil for a good chill sesh. Brekkie had a lekker spread, especially the Sri Lankan dishes—death by coconut roti! Pool was spacious and not too crowded, perfect for lounging around with mates.

Just a bit slow on the service side, but nothing too hectic—we're on island time, right?
